Slimming Eats SP Weekly Meal Plan - Week 8
Here is week 8 of my SP meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese Pancakes with fresh speed fruit of choice - 1.5 syns

Lunch: Ham Omelette with salad - syn free

Dinner: Roasted Vegetable Gratin with salad - HEa and ½ HEb
Total Syns: 1.5

Tuesday

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg on toast with plum tomatoes - HEb

Lunch: Cauliflower Cheese Soup - HEa

Dinner: Bolognese Meat Sauce with veggie noodles of choice - syn free

Wednesday

Breakfast: Bacon, Spinach and Tomato Sandwich - HEb

Lunch: Cauliflower Cheese Soup - HEa

Dinner: Teriyaki Pork with Roasted Cauliflower Rice and stir fried veg- 3 syns
Total Syns: 3 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Thursday

Breakfast: Baked Ham and Egg with Balsamic Tomatoes - HEb

Lunch: Carrot Soup topped with shredded cooked chicken - syn free

Dinner: Chinese Lemon Chicken with Roasted Cauliflower Rice and stir fried veg - 2.5 syns
Total Syns: 2.5
Healthy Extras: HEb
Friday

Breakfast: Pumpkin Oatmeal with Apple - HEb and part HEa

Lunch: Carrot Soup topped with shredded cooked chicken - syn free

Dinner: Honey Garlic Shrimp with Veggie Noodles of Choice - 3 syns

Saturday

Breakfast: Lean bacon with fried egg, mushrooms and tomatoes - syn free

Lunch: Ham and Broccoli Quiche - HEa

Dinner: Stove Top BBQ Pork with Butternut Squash Chips and salad - 1.5 syns
Total Syns: 1.5 syns

Sunday
