Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 8
Here is week 8 for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
So here goes:
Monday

Breakfast: Pumpkin Granola Yoghurt Parfait - 1 Heb and 3.5 syns

Lunch: Bacon and Lentil Soup - syn free

Dinner: Fajita Chicken Pasta with a side salad - 1 HEa and 1 syn
Total Syns: 4.5
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Tuesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, fruit and yoghurt - syn free

Lunch: Bacon and Lentil Soup - syn free

Dinner: Coconut Chicken and Sweet Potato Curry with Roasted Zucchini and Rice - 1.5 syns
Total Syns: 1.5
Healthy Extras: NONE
Wednesday

Breakfast: Breakfast Omelette Pizza - 2.5 syns (or syn free if you use extra lean ground pork)

Lunch: Sweet Potato, Broccoli and Cheddar Patties with mixed salad - 1 HEa

Dinner: Pork and Sweet Potato Meatballs with stir fried veg and rice - 2 syns
Total Syns: 4.5 syns

Thursday

Breakfast: Cheats Poached Eggs on Toast with tomato slices and baby spinach - 1 HEb

Lunch: Sweet Potato, Broccoli and Cheddar Patties with mixed salad - 1 HEa

Dinner: Maple Glazed Chicken with Red Pepper and Coriander Rice and veg of choice - 2.5 syns
Total Syns: 2.5

Friday

Breakfast: Baked Egg and Ham with Balsamic Tomatoes - 1 HEb

Dinner: Sweet and Sticky Chicken with Syn Free Fries - 2 syns
