Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan - Week 12
Here is week 12 of my Vegetarian meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Chocolate Zucchini Oats – HEb and 2.5 syns (plus little milk from HEa)

Lunch: Edamame Noodle Salad Bowl - 2.5 syns

Dinner: Quick Mac and Cheese with a side salad - syn free
Total Syns: 5

Tuesday

Breakfast: Poached Eggs on Toast with a drizzle of srirachi sauce - HEb

Lunch: Edamame Noodle Salad Bowl - 2.5 syns

Dinner: Cheesy Couscous Bites with Syn Free Chips and salad - HEa
Total Syns: 2.5

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with a yoghurt and fruit of choice – syn free

Lunch: Onion Masala Toast - HEb and 3 syns

Dinner: Creamy Garlic Pasta - HEa

Thursday

Breakfast: Pina Colada Overnight Oats - HEb and 1.5 syns

Friday

Breakfast: Sliced Banana on Toast with 1 tsp drizzle of Honey - HEb and 1 syn

Saturday

Breakfast: Eggs of choice, baked beans, grilled tomatoes and Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms – syn free

Total Syns: 3 syns

Sunday

Breakfast: AMERICAN STYLE PANCAKES – 1 HEB (SYN DEPENDING ON OPTIONALS)
