Original – 2.5 syns per serving
Green – 2.5 syns per serving (use a vegetarian sausage or similar)
Breakfast Omelette Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and black pepper
- homemade pasta sauce, slightly warmed
- 2 Pork Breakfast Patties - 2.5 syns (or use bacon), cooked
- Olive oil spray
- Optional: cheese
Method
- Season the beaten eggs with salt and black pepper
- Spray a frying pan with olive oil spray and pour in the egg mixture. You want quite a thin layer, so use a larger frying pan if needed. Once lightly cooked on one side, carefully flip over and repeat.
- Transfer to plate, top with the homemade pasta sauce, sausage and mixed greens
- You can also use a healthy extra serving of cheese for a topping if you prefer.
