    Breakfast Omelette Pizza - Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Slimming World, Weight Watchers, Paleo and Whole30 friendly

    This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, paleo, whole30, Slimming World (SP) and Weight Watchers friendly

    Slimming Eats Recipe

    Extra Easy – 2.5 syns per serving

    Original – 2.5 syns per serving

    Green – 2.5 syns per serving (use a vegetarian sausage or similar)

    Ingredients
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • Salt and black pepper
    • homemade pasta sauce, slightly warmed
    • 2 Pork Breakfast Patties - 2.5 syns (or use bacon), cooked
    • Olive oil spray
    • Optional: cheese
    Method
    1. Season the beaten eggs with salt and black pepper
    2. Spray a frying pan with olive oil spray and pour in the egg mixture. You want quite a thin layer, so use a larger frying pan if needed. Once lightly cooked on one side, carefully flip over and repeat.
    3. Transfer to plate, top with the homemade pasta sauce, sausage and mixed greens
    4. You can also use a healthy extra serving of cheese for a topping if you prefer.
