Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 15
What better way to get back into healthy eating with a meal plan all worked out for you. Whether you are new to Slimming World or just need to regain focus this weekly meal plan is perfect for you.
The biggest response when I asked about bringing you weekly meal plans, was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
So here goes:
Monday

Breakfast: Mushroom Omelette - syn free

Lunch: Cauliflower Cheese Soup - 1 HEa

Dinner: Korean Style Beef with Stir Fried Veg and Rice - 1.5 syns

Dinner: Spicy Mexican Chicken Lasagne with a mixed salad - HEa and 1 syn

Thursday

Breakfast: Banana Granola with Mixed Berries and Yoghurt - HEb and 3 syns

Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Soup - syn free

Saturday

Dinner: Sausages and Mash with Syn Free Gravy - syns vary by type of sausage

Sunday
