Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan – Week 15

Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 15 - Slimming World

What better way to get back into healthy eating with a meal plan all worked out for you. Whether you are new to Slimming World or just need to regain focus this weekly meal plan is perfect for you.

The biggest response when I asked about bringing you weekly meal plans, was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.

The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after  all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.

So here goes:

Monday

  • Breakfast: Mushroom Omelette – syn free

  • Lunch: Cauliflower Cheese Soup – 1 HEa

  • Dinner: Korean Style Beef with Stir Fried Veg and Rice –  1.5 syns

Total Syns: 1.5 

Healthy Extras: HEa


Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Banana Granola with Mixed Berries and yoghurt – HEb and 3 syns

  • Lunch: Cauliflower Cheese Soup – 1 HEa

  • Dinner: Prawn, Tomato and Spinach Pasta – syn free

Total Syns: 3

Healthy Extras: HEa


Wednesday

  • Breakfast: Banana Granola with chopped apple and yoghurt – HEb and 3 syns

  • Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Soup – syn free

  • Dinner: Spicy Mexican Chicken Lasagne with a mixed salad – HEa and 1 syn

Total Syns: 5 syns

Healthy Extras: HEa 


Thursday

  • Breakfast: Banana Granola with Mixed Berries and Yoghurt – HEb and 3 syns

  • Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Soup – syn free

  • Dinner: Beef and Roasted Butternut Squash Chilli with Syn Free Chips – syn free

Total Syns: 3

Healthy Extras: HEb


Friday

  • Breakfast: 2 Sausage patties with fried egg and grilled tomatoes – syns depend on type of ground pork used

  • Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice – 1 syn

  • Dinner: Baked Salmon with Roasted Tomatoes and Butternut Squash – 1 syn

Total Syns: 2 syns+

Healthy Extras: NONE


Saturday

  • Breakfast: The Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich – HEb (syns vary)

  • Lunch: Spiralled Zucchini Quiche – 1 HEa

  • Dinner: Sausages and Mash with Syn Free Gravy – syns vary by type of sausage

Total Syns: syns vary

Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb


Sunday

  • Breakfast: 2 Sausage patties with fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans – syns depend on type of ground pork used

  • Lunch: Spiralled Zucchini Quiche – 1 HEa

  • Dinner: Fillet Steak with Creamy Garlic Mushrooms and Zucchini Rice – 2 syns

Total Syns: 2 syns+

Healthy Extras: HEa
