Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan - Week 6
Here is week 6 of my Vegetarian meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Mushroom Omelette - syn free

Lunch: Spinach and Feta Frittata and salad - HEa and 0.5 syns

Dinner: Mexican Lentil Bake with salad and Syn Free Chips- 1 syn
Total Syns: 1.5

Tuesday

Breakfast: Fruit with yoghurt and HEb cereal bar of choice - HEb

Lunch: Spinach and Feta Frittata and salad - HEa and 0.5 syns

Dinner: Spicy Farro Risotto - 1 syn
Total Syns: 1.5

Wednesday

Breakfast: Paprika Butternut Squash with Eggs and Grilled Tomatoes - syn free

Lunch: Creamy Mushroom Soup - 2 syns

Dinner: Portobello Mushroom Pizzas with salad and Syn Free Chips - HEa
Total Syns: 2

Thursday

Breakfast: Egg Sandwich - HEb

Breakfast: Cooked Breakfast - egg, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms - syn free
