Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan - Week 4
Here is week 4 of my Vegetarian meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don't always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week's meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, milk and fruit - ½ HEa and 1 HEb

Lunch: Asparagus Soup - syn free

Dinner: Cheesy Vegetable Bake with Syn Free Chips - 1 HEa
Total Syns: 0 syns
Healthy Extras: ½ HEa and 1 HEb
Tuesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal with sliced apple, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 tbs of maple syrup - 1 HEB and 2 syns

Lunch: Asparagus Soup - syn free

Dinner: Roasted Vegetables with Feta and Pasta - 1 HEa and 3 syns
Total Syns: 5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a bowl of fruit salad - syn free

Lunch: Curried Cauliflower Soup - 0.5 syns per serving

Dinner: Roasted Red Pepper, Feta and Quinoa Burgers with Syn Free Chips and Salad - 1 HEa, HEb and 1 syn
Total Syns: 1.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Thursday

Breakfast: Cheddar Omelette with bowl of fruit - HEa

Lunch: Curried Cauliflower Soup - 0.5 syns per serving

Dinner: Lentil Curry with Rice - 2 syns
Total Syns: 2.5 syns

Friday

Breakfast: Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms on toast - 1 HEb

Lunch: Lentil Cheddar Bake with Tomato and Red Onion Relish - 1 HEa

Dinner: Lentil Shepherds Pie (no cheese) with veg of choice - syn free (or syn cheese if you want to use it)
Total Syns: 0 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Saturday

Breakfast: French Toast with Berries and Maple Syrup - HEb and 2.5 syns

Lunch: Lentil Cheddar Bake with Tomato and Red Onion Relish - 1 HEa

Dinner: Pasta with Tomato and Basil Sauce - 1 syn
Total Syns: 3.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Sunday

Breakfast: mushrooms, eggs, Sweet Potato Hash Browns and grilled tomatoes - 0.5 syns

Lunch: Broccoli Cheddar Toast - 1 HEa and 1 HEb

Dinner: Roasted Fennel and Mixed Peppers ,Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, Syn Free Gravy and additional veg of choice – 3 syns
Total Syns: 3.5 syns
