Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan - Week 10
Here is week 10 of my Vegetarian meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Poached Eggs over Garlic Mushrooms - HEb and 2 syns

Lunch: Spaghetti Squash Bake with salad - HEa

Dinner: Syn Free Curry Sauce with Syn Free Chips and rice - syn free
Total Syns: 2
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Tuesday

Breakfast: Mushroom Omelette with grilled tomatoes - syn free

Lunch: Spaghetti Squash Bake with salad - HEa

Dinner: Spicy Opo Squash Noodle Soup - 2.5 syns
Total Syns: 2.5

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with yoghurt and fruit - HEb

Lunch: Carrot Soup with Broccoli Cheddar Hash Brown Muffins - HEa

Dinner: Butternut Squash and Lentil Curry with Sweetcorn Pilau Rice - HEb (plus syns for butter if using)
Total Syns: 1
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Thursday

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs on toast, with a drizzle of Sriracha, tomato slices and 30g of avocado - HEb and 2.5 syns

Lunch: Carrot Soup with Broccoli Cheddar Hash Brown Muffins - HEa

Dinner: Oven Baked Falafel with Syn Free Chips and salad - syn free
Total Syns: 2.5

Friday

Breakfast: Banana Baked Oatmeal - HEb and 4.5 syns

Lunch: Tomato and Garlic Pasta - syn free

Dinner: Leek and Potato Bake with vegetables of choice - HEa

Saturday

Breakfast: AMERICAN STYLE PANCAKES – HEB (SYNS DEPENDING ON OPTIONALS)

Lunch: Spicy Carrot and Lentil Soup - syn free

Dinner: Roasted Vegetables with Feta and Pasta - HEa and 3 syns
Total Syns: 3 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Sunday

Breakfast: 2 POACHED EGGS ON TOAST WITH SIDE OF FRUIT - HEb (add syns for butter if using)

Lunch: Spicy Carrot and Lentil Soup - syn free

Dinner: Aubergine Lasagne with salad - HEa and 0.5 syns
Total Syns: 0.5
