Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan – Week 12

Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan - Week 12 - Slimming World recipes - taking the work out of planning so that you can just cook and enjoy the food.

Here is week 12 of my Vegetarian meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.

These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.

The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after  all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.

I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.

At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.

So here goes with this week’s meal plan:


Monday

  • Breakfast: Chocolate Zucchini Oats – HEb and 2.5 syns (plus little milk from HEa)

  • Lunch: Edamame Noodle Salad Bowl – 2.5 syns

  • Dinner: Quick Mac and Cheese with a side salad  – syn free

Total Syns: 5

Healthy Extras: part HEa and HEb


Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Poached Eggs on Toast with a drizzle of srirachi sauce – HEb

  • Lunch: Edamame Noodle Salad Bowl – 2.5 syns

  • Dinner: Cheesy Couscous Bites with Syn Free Chips and salad – HEa

Total Syns: 2.5

Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb


Wednesday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with a yoghurt and fruit of choice  – syn free

  • Lunch: Onion Masala Toast – HEb and 3 syns

  • Dinner: Creamy Garlic Pasta – HEa

Total Syns: 3

Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb


Thursday

  • Breakfast: Pina Colada Overnight Oats – HEb and  1.5 syns

  • Lunch: Mexican Lentil Bake – 1 syn

  • Dinner: Garlic Parmesan Fries with  salad  – HEa

Total Syns: 2.5 

Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb


Friday

  • Breakfast: Sliced Banana on Toast with 1 tsp drizzle of Honey – HEb and 1 syn

  • Lunch: Mexican Lentil Bake – 1 syn

  • Dinner: Sweet Potato Chilli Nachos   – HEa

Total Syns: 2

Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb


Saturday

  • Breakfast: Eggs of choice, baked beans, grilled tomatoes and Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms – syn free

  • Lunch: Asparagus and Sweet Potato Soup – 1 syn

  • Dinner: Malaysian Butternut Squash Curry with rice  – 2 syns

Total Syns: 3 syns

Healthy Extras: none


Sunday

  • Breakfast: AMERICAN STYLE PANCAKES – 1 HEB (SYN DEPENDING ON OPTIONALS)

  • Lunch: Asparagus and Sweet Potato Soup – 1 syn

  • Dinner: Scalloped Potatoes with veg of choice – HEa

Total Syns: 1 +
