Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 13
Here is week 13 for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
So here goes:
Monday

Breakfast: Roasted Paprika Butternut Squash with fried eggs - syn free

Lunch: Spicy Shrimp Pasta with a mixed salad - syn free

Dinner: Swedish Meatballs and Gravy with Mashed Potatoes and veg of choice - 3 syns
Total Syns: 3
Healthy Extras: none
Tuesday

Breakfast: Roasted Paprika Butternut Squash with scrambled eggs - syn free

Lunch: Cheddar Stuffed Cauliflower Bites with sauce - 1 HEa and 3 syns

Dinner: Mediterranean Chicken Casserole with a syn free mashed potatoes - syn free
Total Syns: 3

Wednesday

Breakfast: Bacon with Sweet Tomatoes and Mushrooms on Whole Wheat Toast - 1 HEb

Lunch: Beef and Cabbage Soup - syn free

Dinner: Mushroom, Bacon and Zucchini Pasta - syn free (can add cheese from HEa)
Total Syns: none
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Thursday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with toast and a side of fruit - 1 HEb

Lunch: Beef and Cabbage Soup - syn free

Dinner: Ginger Beef and Broccoli with rice - 1 syn

Friday

Breakfast: Breakfast Omelette Pizza - 2.5 syns

Lunch: Spicy Opo Squash and Noodles Soup (use zucchini) - 2.5 syns

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Stuffed with Mozzarella and syn free chips - 1 HEa
Total Syns: 5

Saturday

Breakfast: Bacon, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms and whole wheat toast - 1 HEb

Lunch: Spicy Opo Squash and Noodles Soup (use zucchini) - 2.5 syns

Dinner: Chicken and Sweetcorn Lasagne with mixed salad - 1 HEa and 2 syns
Total Syns: 4.5 syns

Sunday

Breakfast: American Style Pancakes, with maple syrup and fresh berries - 1 HEb and 2.5 syns
