Slimming Eats Vegetarian Weekly Meal Plan - Week 11
Here is week 11 of my Vegetarian meal plans for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
I don’t always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.
So here goes with this week’s meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: CHOCOLATE GRANOLA WITH FRUIT AND YOGHURT – HEb AND 3 SYNS

Lunch: Cream of Tomato Soup - syn free

Dinner: Roasted Cauliflower Lasagne with Syn Free Chips and salad - HEa and 1 syn
Total Syns: 4
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Tuesday

Breakfast:CHOCOLATE GRANOLA WITH FRUIT AND YOGHURT – HEB AND 3 SYNS

Lunch: Cream of Tomato Soup - syn free

Dinner: Layered Potato Casserole with veg of choice - ½ HEa
Total Syns: 3
Healthy Extras: ½ HEa and HEb
Wednesday

Breakfast: Mushroom Omelette - syn free

Lunch: Greek Pasta Salad - 1 HEa and 2 syns

Dinner: Veggie burger of choice in a 60g wholemeal roll with chips and salad - HEb (syn for burger used)
Total Syns: 2+
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Thursday

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with yoghurt and fruit - HEb

Lunch: Greek Pasta Salad - 1 HEa and 2 syns

Dinner: Garlic Sesame Carrot and Noodles - 1.5 syns
Total Syns: 3.5
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Friday

Breakfast: Baked Beans on Toast - HEb (plus syn for butter if you use)

Lunch: Creamy Vegetable Soup - 2.5 syns

Dinner: Zucchini Quiche with salad - HEa
Total Syns: 2.5 syns+
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Saturday

Breakfast: Poached Eggs with Garlic Mushrooms on toast– HEB

Lunch: Creamy Vegetable Soup - 2.5 syns

Dinner: Pizza Fries with veggie toppings - HEa
Total Syns: 2.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Sunday

Breakfast: AMERICAN STYLE PANCAKES – HEB (SYN DEPENDING ON OPTIONALS)

Lunch: Cherry Tomato and Basil Pasta - HEa

Dinner: Green Lentil Curry with Rice- 4 syns
Total Syns: 4
