Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 27
We are now on week 26 of these amazing meal plans for you to choose from. Feel free to come back and leave a comment with any suggestions.
Don't forget there are also some SP and Vegetarian meal plans to choose from too. These weekly meal plans take the work out of planning, so all you have to do is cook and enjoy all this amazing food.

The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
At work all day? Then have you thought about investing in a food flask? It is great for taking soups and pasta etc to work with you, if you do not have heating facilities and will keep food hot or cold for up to 7 hours.
I don't always use the full quota of healthy extras and syns in each day, that way you have them free to use as you wish.
So here goes with this week's meal plan:
Monday

Breakfast: Chocolate Zucchini Oats – HEb and 2.5 syns (plus little milk from HEa)

Lunch: Tuna and Sweet Potato Patties with Salad - syn free

Dinner: Sweet Chilli Prawns and Noodles - 1.5 syns
Total Syns: 3.5 syns
Healthy Extras: HEb and part HEa
Tuesday

Breakfast: Poached Eggs on Toast with a drizzle of srirachi sauce - HEb

Lunch: Tuna Pasta Salad - 2.5 syns

Dinner: Roasted Butternut Squash and Zucchini Pasta Bake - HEa
Total Syns: 2.5
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with a yoghurt and fruit of choice – syn free

Lunch: Tuna Pasta Salad - 2.5 syns
