Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan - Week 17
Here is week 17 for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
I am actually thinking these will be a great resource for me for busy weeks, as I can just pull one up and do some batch cooking for the week and be organized.
The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
So here goes:
Monday

Breakfast: Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats - 1 HEb and 3.5 syns

Lunch: Lasagne Pie with a mixed salad - 1 HEa and 0.5 syns

Thursday
