Slimming Eats Weekly Meal Plan – Week 6
Here is week 6 for you all. Feel free to come back and leave a comment.
The biggest response when deciding to bring these to you each week was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.
The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less.
So here goes:
Breakfast: Breakfast Potatoes with Eggs and Grilled Tomatoes – syn free
Lunch: Cheeseburger Soup – 1 HEa and 0.5 syns
Dinner: Sweet Onion Braised Beef with Mashed Sweet Potato and Brussel Sprouts – 1.5 syns
Total Syns: 2
Healthy Extras: HEa
Breakfast: Breakfast Potatoes with Bacon and Grilled Tomatoes – syn free
Lunch: Cheeseburger Soup –1 HEa and 0.5 syns
Dinner: Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice – 1 syn
Total Syns: 1.5
Healthy Extras: HEa
Breakfast: Apple Pie Oatmeal – HEb and 3 syns, plus milk from HEa
Lunch: Lentil Curry with rice – 1 syn
Dinner: Beef and Barley Stew -syn free
Total Syns: 4
Healthy Extras: part HEa and HEb
Breakfast: Mushroom Omelette – syn free
Lunch:Lentil Curry with rice – 1 syn
Dinner: Chicken Asparagus Bake with Mini Roast Potatoes – 0.5 syns
Total Syns: 1.5
Healthy Extras: NONE
Breakfast: Fruit with Yoghurt and HEb cereal bar of choice – HEb
Lunch: Tuscan Chicken Salad – 2 syns
Dinner: Hoisin Chicken Meatballs, with noodles and stir fried veg – 1 syn
Total Syns: 3
Healthy Extras: HEb
Breakfast: American Style Pancakes with fruit of choice and maple syrup– 1 HEb and 2.5 syns
Lunch: Creamy Garlic Pasta with salad – 1 HEa
Dinner: Chinese Fakeaway Night (pick your selection of dishes – syns will depend on what you choose
Total Syns: 2.5 syns +
Healthy Extras: HEa and HEb
Breakfast: Cooked Breakfast – egg, bacon (or sausage), baked beans, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms – syn free (add syns if using sausages and they have a syn value)
Lunch: Crab Cakes with Salad – 1/2 HEb and 2 syns
Dinner: Slimming Eats Sunday Dinner – syns depend on what items you choose from the suggestions
Total Syns: 2 syns+
Healthy Extras: 1/2 HEb
