Delicious Chinese Fakeaway dishes just for you
Occasionally we fancy a takeaway right? But do you really want to blow all those syns?
There are a few things you can choose that will keep you on plan. But you can also recreate the takeaway meals you enjoy right in your own home.
My fakeaways menu’s just would not be complete if they didn’t feature a Chinese Fakeaway Night!!

2. Egg Fried Rice – 0.5 syns per serving
8. Chip Shop Curry Sauce (very close to Chinese Style Curry sauce) add some onion slices and peas – syn free
