If you love heaps of avocado or guacamole like me, then you will know on Slimming it comes with a few calories. However, it is not quite as high as you might think, but if you like to save your calories for that evening treat, then you might be reluctant to use your calories on this yummy healthy ingredient.
Before I go onto the recipe, I must mention this useful little post I did about Avocado on Slimming which covers it's calorie value and also has some amazing ideas of how to incorporate it into your meals.
However if you really don't want to use avocado, this Pea Guacamole is the perfect recipe for you. Serve it slathered on toast and top with a fried or poached egg or alongside some salsa with crispy whole wheat pita.

I made this (with a couple of changes due to not having all ingredients in plus I added more chillies) for a taster session at a Slimming World group and they went MAD for it. Everyone loved it. Big hit.
I soemtimes make something very similar to this (without chillies) for my little daughter mixed with pasta.
