Ingredients Notes
To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- Fat-free Greek yoghurt – Thick, creamy and high in protein, it forms the base of the dip while keeping it light and tangy without adding extra fat.
- Reduced-fat mayo – Adds a smooth richness that balances the yoghurt’s sharpness, giving the dip a more indulgent feel while keeping it lighter.
- Sriracha – Brings the bold, punchy heat with a subtle garlicky undertone. You can easily dial it up or down depending on how spicy you like it.
- Honey – Adds a lovely touch of sweetness to balance the sriracha’s heat and round out the flavours.
- Paprika – Mild and earthy, it adds warmth and a soft pop of colour without overpowering the dip.
- Onion powder – Offers a mellow savoury note that deepens the flavour without needing to chop anything.
- Garlic powder – Gives that classic garlicky base without being too strong, tying in beautifully with the sriracha.
- Salt and pepper – Essential for pulling everything together. Season to your taste to get the balance just right.
Once you've gathered all the ingredients and prepared them accordingly, you're all set to create this easy and delightful recipe.

Variations and Substitutes
There are plenty of ways to make this dip your own. If you need a dairy-free option, simply swap the Greek yoghurt for a thick, unsweetened dairy-free yoghurt made from soy or coconut. Use a vegan mayo to keep the texture creamy and smooth.
For a different flavour twist, try adding a squeeze of lime juice for extra zing or a pinch of cayenne if you want more heat. You can also swap honey for maple syrup if you prefer a plant-based sweetener, or use a little agave. If you're out of onion or garlic powder, a dash of all-purpose seasoning or a little extra paprika can help boost the flavour.

How to Store Honey Sriracha Dip
Store your Honey Sriracha Dip in an airtight container in the fridge. It’s best to give it a quick stir before serving, as it may thicken slightly or separate a little over time.
It will keep well for up to 5 days, making it ideal for meal prep, lunchboxes or having on hand for quick snacks. Just be sure to use a clean spoon each time to help it stay fresher for longer.
What to Serve with Honey Sriracha Dip
This creamy, spicy-sweet dip is incredibly versatile and pairs beautifully with all sorts of dishes. Here are some of the best ways to enjoy it:
- Potato sides – Perfect for dunking Garlic and Herb Potato Wedges or Oven Baked Fries or Sweet Potato Fries
- Burgers – Spread it onto buns for an easy flavour boost.
- Picky plates – Serve alongside veggies, crackers, cold meats and your favourite picky plate items.
- Cheddar Apple Quinoa Bites - I love serving these with the dip
- Protein – Great with chicken, sausages, steak or any barbecue meats.
