Ginger Beef with Vegetables

Serves 2

Extra Easy – 0.5 syns per serving

Original – 0.5 syns per serving (without noodles)

Ingredients

350g of tenderised beef, cut into strips

fresh ginger, cut into thin rectangle strips, about 8-10 slices

4 cloves of garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

100ml of beef stock

150g of fresh broccoli

50g of mange tout

2 spring onions, sliced into strips.

black pepper to season

Frylight/Pam Spray

Method

Spray a wok with Frylight/Pam Spray, add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1-2 mins to bring out the flavour. Add the beef and cook until cooked through and brown.

Add the spring onion, broccoli, mange tout, oyster sauce, soy sauce, beef stock and cook until stock has almost reduced. Season with black pepper and serve.

Serve with a portion of noodles if on an Extra Easy day.
