Ever fancied a burger for dinner and then realise you have already used your healthy extra B choice and don’t want to waste syns on a bread bun?
Well this is the recipe for you.
I introduce you to the Sweet Potato Cheeseburger Slider – These are amazing!!
Of course because there is no bread, they are also gluten free and paleo friendly (just omit the cheese if you don’t tolerate it).
I love Sweet Potato and it really is versatile. You need to get making these, like right now!!
For my burgers, I like using these handy burger makers:
Click here to check out the hamburger maker on amazon
I literally just season the ground beef with salt and black pepper, make up the burgers in the press and refrigerate for a few hours prior to cooking. You don’t need one of these of course, you can just form the burgers by hand. It is just a handy tool to have.
Great served as is or with my Perfect Oven Baked Fries
You can also mix these up with homemade chicken or turkey burgers. Maybe even a salmon burger.
or you could even add my Pulled Pork (now I am going to have to do that myself), as that actually sounds pretty amazing!!
