Sweet Freedom Products
I had seen Sweet Freedom products being used all over Instagram and just had to get my hands on some to try. As many of you know, I live in Canada, so they are not readily available in shops here yet. So I reached out to Sweet Freedom to see if the would be kind enough to send me a sample.
Sweet Freedom were kind enough to send me a sample of each of these products to try:
- Choc Shot
- Choc Shot Coconut
- Choc Shot Orange Spice
- Fruit Syrup
I was particularly interested in trying them as they are made with just fruit extracts and natural ingredients.

- Great choice if you have diabetes (as part of a healthy diet)

They can be used on their own for making hot chocolate, teas, milk shakes etc or as a topping on toast, fruit or other foods. What also appealed to me was I saw many people using them in recipes and knew that I would be able to come up with some yummy recipes using them to.
Choc Shot
When I have chocolate cravings I love to stir some Choc Shot into yoghurt and serve with fruit for a dessert. They are great drizzled over my American Style Pancakes or French Toast too.
I also like to slice some fruit, place on top of a rice cake or pizzelle and drizzle with Choc Shot or Fruit Syrup - delicious!!

Do you know if you can get these in Canada or is there an alternative you would suggest?

these are not available in canada unless you try and order online from the UK to ship over which can be costly, the closest substitute would be Herseys chocolate syrup (you can get a light version)
