Just done my weekly weigh in, another 1.5lbs off. I am really pleased with that. I am definately getting more and more motivated as I can feel my clothes getting looser.
I am determined to stay focused all over christmas, will have a flexi day on Christmas day, but I have no plan to go too overboard. My dinner will be a slimming world friendly one, and then I will just have a few treats. We managed to find a supermarket here that stocks a box of british biscuits. They only release them for christmas. But have decided will treat myself to some of those with a cuppa christmas day. Not exactly indulgent I know. But before I would of quite easily of eaten the whole tin, as well as mince pies, quality street etc.The list goes on.
In the basement I have boxes of clothes all stored by clothes size, from all the weight I lost a few years ago before I had my son. I am determined to get those boxes out one by one, until I get back to the smallest size again. Hopefully with the next few pounds I will be able to get out the next box. It is like going clothes shopping, but of course I am not paying anything. hehe. I have some lovely stuff amongst it all too, some of it bearly even worn.
I have one more weigh in before christmas, I hope it is a good one. I am going to get lots of superfree foods in me and vary my Healthy Extra's this week in the hope it boosts a nice weight loss next week. Also just to add, I follow the Slimming World plan from home through the body optimise website, as of course we don't have meetings here in Canada (I can but hope). So every Tuesday morning is my weigh in day, where I weigh myself on my own good quality digital scales. I would love to be able to go to the support of a group, but unfortunately being where I am we dont have that option. But I have found a great support of people through the slimming world group on facebook and through the forums Minimins and they are what helps keep me motivated as well as writing this blog.
