Slimming Eats Recipe
Serves 1
Extra Easy – 1 HEb per serving
Original – 1 HEb per serving
Ingredients
- 2 slices of wholewheat bread (HEb)
- 2 slices of lean bacon (all visible fat removed)
- 2 mushrooms, sliced
- couple of cherry tomatoes, halved
- fresh chopped Italian Parsley
- Frylight or Pam Spray
Method
Spray a frying pan over a medium heat with some Frylight or Pam spray
Add the bacon and mushrooms and cook until golden. Add the tomatoes towards the end to soften
Toast your bread, then layer the bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes, cut diagonally into 4 pieces and sprinkle with fresh chopped Italian Parsley.
A quick and tasty Breakfast sandwich.
