
Peanut Butter Pretzel and Chocolate Chip Frozen Yoghurt

Serves 4
Ingredients

3.5 cups (840ml) of fat free Greek vanilla yoghurt (or similar fat free yoghurt of your choice)
- 80ml of skimmed milk

6 tablespoons of splenda
- 28g of milk chocolate chips

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 25g of pretzels, broken up
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Method
Place the milk in a bowl and warm in the microwave for about 30 secs. Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth.
Place the yoghurt, vanilla extract and splenda in a bowl and slowly add the peanut butter milk, whisking as you do. Until all ingredients are combined.
Add to your ice cream maker and turn on.
Add the chocolate chips and pretzels for the last 5 mins of the stirring process.
Divide among four bowls and enjoy!!
This frozen yoghurt has a lovely creamy soft texture. If you prefer it more firm ,you can place in a plastic tub and freeze for a bit longer and serve at your desired consistency.
