Slimming Eats Recipe
Extra Easy – 3 syns for entire dressing
Green – 3 syns for entire dressing
Original – 3 syns for entire dressing
- 1 cup (240ml) of fat free plain Greek yoghurt
- juice of half a lemon
- ¼ tsp of onion powder
- ¼ tsp of garlic powder
- ½ tsp of dill
- 1 tbs of maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tbs of buttermilk (or if you can't get this you can use some milk)
- salt and black pepper to season
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
- Season as need with salt and black pepper
- Store in a lidded tub in the fridge
