Dig into a hearty bowl of Tuscan Chicken and White Bean Soup - a delicious, healthy and flavoursome soup that is perfect any time of year.

There is something just super comforting about a bowl of soup don't you think? It's a great way to get a load of healthy vegetables into your day, especially if you are one who struggles with those vegetables.
If you add rice, pasta or beans to soup along with the vegetables and some additional protein like chicken it is a really filling bowl of soup.
This delicious Tuscan Chicken and White Bean Soup has shredded chicken, kale, carrots, celery, and white beans along with the perfect blend of seasoning for that Tuscan style flavour.
A few shavings of parmesan added to this Tuscan Chicken and White Bean Soup takes it to a whole of level.

It's also perfect for freezing, so you could double up the recipe, so that you have plenty leftover to freeze.
We recently got an upright freezer for in the garage. We had a chest freezer before and it was so annoying trying to find things, you don't even know what is in there half the time. Now everything is all organized which means I can grab a tub of something out of the freezer with ease. I also bought some containers like these Lock and Lock Storage Containers - they are perfect for storing soups to freeze and hold enough for about 2 servings.

Make up a pot of this Tuscan Chicken and White Bean Soup today and enjoy for lunch or even dinner.

Love love love it! It’s just a perfect soup and now a regular in our household. I’ve made a few of Siobhan’s recipes now and they all tasted great. She has a real knack for making great tasting food. This is one of my go-to websites for recipes.

What’s the equivalent in cups for chicken? 300 grams doesn’t seem like much.
Siobhan (Slimming Eats) says
300g of uncooked chicken is correct, I don't have the cup equivalent, it is best to go by the weight for this. This soup has other ingredients that all combine for the perfect ratio.
