Strawberry Shortcake and Vanilla Cream

4 tablespoons of quark or fat free soft cheese
1/2 a vanilla pod
1/2 teaspoon of sweetener
1 shortbread finger (100 calories (5 syns) or less)
Handful of Fresh Strawberries, sliced (or any other fresh fruit will go well with this)
Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthways and scrape out some of the seeds (you only need a little amount).
Mix the seeds from the vanilla pod with the quark and sweetener.
Put the shortcake finger in some kitchen paper, and bash with a wooden spoon, till it is crumb like.
Add the shortcake crumb to a glass, top with the quark mixture and then some fresh sliced strawberries.
