approx 2 syns for entire salad
1 cup of cooked king prawns
4 asparagus spears
handful of cherry tomatoes
mixed romaine leaves
apple (such as spartan or similar)
2 tablespoons of fat free Caesar dressing or similar (2 syns)
Steam the asparagus till tender, and then sear on a skillet or frying pan.
Mix all other ingredients above (quantity as desired) and serve. Nice and quick and very Yummy!!
