So I recently bought these fab little ice lolly moulds and wooden sticks from Amazon, so that I could make my own ice lollies for the kids - Norpro Frozen Ice Pop Maker, Multi-Colour (Note: this is an amazon affiliate link).
Looking for ideas for the first batch I could make for the kids, I stumbled across this fab recipe on Cooking Classy. There are a couple of ingredients I changed and they actually work out pretty low caloried, so thought I would share with you all.
Instead of the maple syrup you could try using a zero calorie sweetener if you prefer, but I prefer to use natural rather than artificial, especially as these will be mostly for my kids. If you wish to reduce the calories even further, you could leave out the chocolate chips, but I figured everyone deserves a little bit of chocolate once in a while.
