I have had a few emails/contacts now, asking me what the nutritional information is for my recipes. It wasn’t something I thought about doing before, but because of the requests, I have decided I will now start adding a approx nutritional information list for each recipe.
It will possibly be a lengthy process going through them all one by one, so those who have requested, will have to bare with me while I make those changes.
Any new recipes I add in the meantime, will have that information all ready.
I hope it helps more people visiting my blog, as I know from the response I have had that not everyone viewing is following the Slimming World plan.
