Enjoy the perfect combination of oven-baked fries, golden and crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, all smothered in rich gravy and melted cheese curds. This oven-baked poutine brings a comforting, indulgent twist to the classic Canadian dish, making it easy to enjoy at home.

If you have ever been to Canada, the chances that you have tried Poutine are quite high, as it is served in pretty much any food place. Now it may look like chips, cheese and gravy, but Poutine takes it to a whole other level.

Traditionally it is crispy fresh fries cooked in their skins, topped with cheese curds and a tangy flavoursome gravy. I am not sure if cheese curds qualify for a healthy extra yet (I have enquired) so for now I used Mozzarella, which has a similar kind of texture. Cheese curds have these yummy kind of melty squeakiness to them with each bite, it's just sooo good. I love Poutine!!
