Wondering what treat to make for a warm Summer day? This White Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Bark is the perfect idea. Delicious and refreshing.

One of my favourite things is white chocolate, it's not even really chocolate, but it's so darn good. Even better is white chocolate bark with all yummy good things added to it.

But we all know chocolate in any form is pretty high in calories. So this White Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Bark is my compromise. I still get the white chocolate, but cleverly reduce the calories by combining it with yoghurt for a frozen bark goodness.

It would be great for Valentines day. Make a delicious cooked meal for you and your loved one from one of this amazing Main Dish recipes, and then you can both snuggle on the sofa to watch a movie and share some of this White Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Bark.

It's super easy to make. I just mix some fat free vanilla yoghurt with white chocolate options just to up the flavour, but you can omit if you can't get any. There is also a delicious homemade strawberry sauce sweetened with some Sukrin Gold (a natural brown sugar sweetener with no aftertaste). Per the new rules regarding sweetener.
Spread it out on a tray, swirl with a skewer and drizzle with a little white chocolate. Place in the freezer and once frozen, you can break up into White Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Bark and place in a ziplock bag for when you want it.
It is perfect, and is it is frozen, it takes longer to eat, so a perfect substitute for a bowl of ice-cream or slab of chocolate bark.

Hi, just wondering what white chocolate options is / are please?
Shevy (Slimming Eats) says
Hi Sharon, white chocolate options is a low calories white chocolate drink. You can omit if you can't get this, it will still be good
SL says
Does the fat free vanilla yogurt also have to be sugar free?
Shevy (Slimming Eats) says
yes usually to be syn free it should be both fat and sugar free. I try not to mention brands where possibly, as certain brands are not available to everyone.
Emma says
Is this counted as syn free? X
Shevy (Slimming Eats) says
Hi Emma, not it isn't syn free, the syn values are given in recipe box for all my recipes. This is 4.5 syns per serving.
Kathryn says
Anyone know if you can buy Options in Canada? I’m in Ontario and would love to get my hands on some for lots of recipes I have. Thanks
Shevy (Slimming Eats) says
Hi Kathryn - you may be able to order it from an online British Grocery Store, I get family to bring mine over.
Hayley says
Do you make the options drink up to a liquid or stir in the powder ?
Shevy (Slimming Eats) says
just the powder. Enjoy!!
Emma Hudson says
Couldn't you just blend the strawberry's rather than biol them?
Shevy (Slimming Eats) says
you won't get the same sweetness by just blending, so for that reason, I do recommend following the cooking process. It's the same syn value 🙂
Angela says
Can you use chocolate instead of white options? Keen to make and don’t have white only milk chocolate?
Siobhan (Slimming Eats) says
Yes just ensure you Syn correctly. As milk it will be additional syns.
Hannah says
Hi Shevy, do you think you could make this is in silicone cubes as a mixture? I struggle with freezer space xx
Siobhan (Slimming Eats) says
Yes it should be fine like that
Stacey says
Hi what yoghurt have u used that’s syn free
Siobhan (Slimming Eats) says
I live in Canada 0% source is still free here, but you can just count the syns on one you use, as most are not too high or use plain and flavour yourself
