Juicy Jelly Pots

Serves 3

approx 2.5 syns per pot, (recipe make 3 pots)

Ingredients

1 packet of cranberry sugar free Jell-o (or similar) (2 syns)

15 fresh raspberries

1/4 cup of pomegranate pips

6 strawberries (chopped)

6 heaped tablespoons of fat free Greek Yoghurt

2 teaspoons of honey (2 syns)

1 shortbread biscuit, roughly crushed (syn value will vary depending on which type you use, mine was 3 syns)

3 small glasses

 

Method

Make up the jelly as per packet instructions. Pour equally between the 3 glasses. Add equal amounts of the fruit to each glass and place in the fridge to set.

Once the jelly has set. Add the Greek Yoghurt to a bowl and mix in the honey. Add to the top of  jelly pot and smooth over.

Sprinkle each pot with crumbled shortbread.
