
Do you love Oreo’s?. Then you will love this Cookies and Cream Frozen Yoghurt. Great for a hot summer day or just when you fancy a treat that will not break the daily calorie bank.

Cookies and Cream Frozen Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 3 cups (720ml) of fat free vanilla yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120ml) of 2% milk
- 6 oreos, crushed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except the oreos) and whisk together until smooth.
- Add to an ice cream maker and turn on to churning until it is almost at ice cream consistency and then add in the crushed oreos.
- Divide into 4 equal sized servings and serve immediately.
- If not using all the frozen yoghurt, you can freeze in serving size portions, but take out and let to sit at room temperature for a little while until it become easy to scoop.
- If you don't have an ice cream maker, this can be added to tub and placed in the freezer, taking out at intervals to stir until you have a smooth frozen yoghurt.
