Slimming Eats Recipe
Extra Easy – 2 syns for 50ml
Green – 2 syns for 50ml
Original – 2 syns for 50ml
- 85g of sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil), soaked in a little water to soften (3 syns)
- 40g of basil
- 50g of parmesan cheese, grated (10 syns)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ¾ cup (175ml) of passata
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (6 syns)
- salt and black pepper to season
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you have a smooth, but slightly course paste.
- Store in a resealable jar in the fridge
