I use 1 tbs of\u00a0custard powder , milk  and then a little <strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2r5CKnz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sukrin: 1<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(or another sweetener) to sweeten for a custard that is not too high in cals.
