The pumpkin really bulks out the serving of oats and makes it a much more satisfying bowl, as well as make the oatmeal, appear silky and colourful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pumpkin is one of my favourite&nbsp;things to add to my oatmeal and best of all is that it's also a speed food.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Okay, pumpkin, of the fresh variety anyway can be pretty hard to get your hands on when it's not in season and that's were canned pumpkin comes to the rescue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1510\" data-pin-description=\"Dig into a delicious filling bowl of this Pumpkin Oatmeal with crisp sweet apple and sweet blueberries it's the perfect start to any day.
