The combination of sweet potato and tuna works so well together, especially with the added  flavour from red onion, zucchini and bell pepper. They are delicious enjoyed both hot and cold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Freezing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These patties freeze really well. Once cooled, place them on a tray to freeze individually first, then transfer to a freezer safe container or bag and freeze for up to 3 months. You can also place small squares of parchment paper between the patties so they separate easily straight from the freezer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reheating<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reheat in the oven at 180\u00b0C fan, 200\u00b0C, 400\u00b0F or gas mark 6 for approximately 10-15 minutes until heated through and lightly crisp again on the outside. For the air fryer, reheat at 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) for 5-8 minutes until hot and crisp..
