Most favouring ground beef. For when I have more time to prepare dinner - this <span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/eggplant-and-pork-timbale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eggplant and Pork Timbale<\/a><\/strong><\/span> is amazing, it's like a cheesy pork ragu mixed with pasta and wrapped in delicious slices of grilled eggplant and parmesan and then baked in the oven. Then try this <span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/hoisin-pork-and-noodles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hoisin Pork and Noodles<\/a><\/strong><\/span> - super quick to make and the kids will love it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But when I am doing a SP day, one of my favourites is the Pork and Collard Greens - it is a simple and uncomplicated dish with limited ingredients. The flavours are lovely and it's packed with good healthy vegetables.
