Reduce heat and allow to simmer until sauce reduces down and thickens, approx 25-30mins. Season with some salt and black pepper as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/DSC_0684.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats Tilapia with Chorizo, Tomato and Butter Bean Mash - gluten free, Slimming Eats and Weight Watchers friendly\" title=\"Slimming Eats Tilapia with Chorizo, Tomato and Butter Bean Mash - gluten free, Slimming Eats and Weight Watchers friendly\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Place your tilapia fillets into the sauce, cover with a lid and allow to simmer for approx 6 mins, the steam trapped inside will cook the fish perfectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Top with some fresh parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/DSC_0695.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats Tilapia with Chorizo, Tomato and Butter Bean Mash - gluten free, Slimming Eats and Weight Watchers friendly\" title=\"Slimming Eats Tilapia with Chorizo, Tomato and Butter Bean Mash - gluten free, Slimming Eats and Weight Watchers friendly\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the butter bean mash<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the butterbeans to a saucepan and just add enough vegetable stock to cover. Bring to a boil and then allow to simmer for approx 10 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drain the majority of the stock, leaving just a couple of tablespoons, stir in your laughing cow, season with a little black pepper, and mash until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve the mash with the Chorizo and Tomato Tilapia and your choice of vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I served mine with some steamed carrots and wax beans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em style=\"white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; text-transform: none; text-align: left; orphans: 2; widows: 2; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 18px; text-indent: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">For those of you following the Weight Watchers plan or another calorie controlled type diet.
