style=\"font-size: small;\">Serves 4<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3 cups of fat free vanilla yoghurt<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (I use a good quality one)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">8 tablespoons of splenda<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">80ml of skimmed milk <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">250g of strawberries <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 shortbread fingers <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*fruit when cooked or pureed becomes sugars, also be sure to check the calories on your shortbread fingers, the ones I used were 110 calories each.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><u>Method<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Place the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Place the blended strawberries, yoghurt, essence, spenda and milk in a bowl and whisk until all ingredients are combined.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add to you ice cream maker and turn on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roughly chop the shortbread fingers and add to the ice cream maker just as the mixture starts to thicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This ice cream is of a soft consistency, if you prefer it firmer, then add to a tub and freeze until it is as you like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
