It is one of my favourite go to salsa recipes, because I love the freshness and the sweetness of the fresh mango with that spicy heat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When ever I spot some fresh ripe mangos on sale, I always grab one or two just so I can make up some of this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forget store bought jarred varieties.
