The amount of potato is up to you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/how-to-cook-the-perfect-baked-oven-fries\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How to cook perfect baked oven fries<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>for the tartar sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 tablespoons of extra light mayo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>little bit of juice from a fresh of a lemon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 large pickled gherkhin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 shallot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>salt and black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Method<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 200c or 400f (gas mark 6)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare chips as in link above, and have these cooking for approx 20 mins before adding your fish to the oven, as the chips will take long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once bread is cooled from lightly toasting, add it to a food processor, along with the parsley, chilli powder and a little salt and pepper and blitz until it resembles bread crumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using one hand, dip the fillets into the egg, drop into the breadcrumbs and cover over with the breadcrumbs using your other hand. Repeat this process again (this ensures the fillets are well covered in the breadcrumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add to a baking tray sprayed with Frylight or Pam spray and then spray over the top with more Frylight or Pam spray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place in the oven along with your chips. Carefully turn over the fish with a spatula half way through cooking time. Cooking time for the fish is approx 20 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the tartar sauce add all the tartar sauce ingredients to a mini food processer and blitz for a couple of spins of the blade (if you don't have a mini food processor, you can finely slice the gherkin and shallot with a sharp knife)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve with a side salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
