Spray over the top with some Frylight or Pam spray<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/DSC_0538.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0538\" title=\"DSC_0538\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake in the oven for approx 20 mins, until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs have crisped up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serve with a side salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
