style=\"font-size: small;\">Serves 3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gluten Free - use gluten-free oats<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Mixed berry Crumble<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">120g of oats (I used old fashioned)<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">300g of frozen mixed berries <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 level tablespoon of sukrin gold&nbsp;(or other sweetener of choice)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 level tablespoon of plain flour <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bd tablespoon of butter<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Coconut oil spray<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Method<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Preheat oven to 180c or 350f<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Layer the berries in an oven proof dish.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In a bowl mix together the oats, sugar, flour and butter<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sprinkle over the of the fruit and spray over the top with some coconut oil spray<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Bake in the oven till top is crisp and golden.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Serve with my creamy vanilla milk recipe below:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Creamy Vanilla Custard<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Serves 3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 tablespoon of arrowroot, tapioca or corn starch<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">1 vanilla pod <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">2.25 cups (540ml) of whole milk<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">1 teaspoon of sukrin: 1<\/span>&nbsp;(or other&nbsp;sweetener of choice)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Method<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Cut the vanilla pod in half<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pour the milk into a saucepan over a medium heat, saving a little bit to mix with the cornstarch to make a paste.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Scrape some of the seeds out of half a vanilla pod and add the the milk along with the other half a pod.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Add the cornstarch mixed with a little bit of the milk to the saucepan and sugar and whisk the milk continuously until it thickens.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pour over your mixed berry crumble and enjoy!!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">This is a generous
