Pour a small amount of chicken stock into the pan, ensuring to deglaze it by scraping off any remnants of Cajun seasoning stuck to the surface.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_1051_5\">Pour in the remaining stock and milk, then add the dried fettuccine pasta. Bring the mixture to a boil, then slightly reduce the heat while maintaining a bubble. Allow the pasta to simmer until it's nearly cooked, just loosely covered in the liquid, which should take about 15 minutes.
