I had amazing reviews, and of so me being me and loving my kitchen gadgets, had to order one. I love it, it's really sturdy and is one of the best ones you can buy, it will spiral literally any shaped vegetable including harder varieties like swede (rutabaga) etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"679\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-9.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats Oven Baked Spiralized Butternut Squash and Celeriac - gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, Slimming Eats and Weight Watchers friendly\" class=\"wp-image-15720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-9.jpg 679w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-9-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-9-560x371.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately the Paderno vegetable spiralizer is hard to source in the UK, but this&nbsp;<span id=\"productTitle\" class=\"a-size-large\"><span style=\"color: #874149;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #874149;\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2ncjT7g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00fceller Spiral-Pro Professional 4-Blade Spiralizer<\/a><\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;<\/span>is very similar and gets great reviews on amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of my favourite sides to make when I want to up the speed is this Oven Baked spiralized Butternut Squash and Celeriac, the combination of the two together is a great flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"679\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-6.jpg\" alt=\"Slimming Eats Oven Baked Spiralized Butternut Squash and Celeriac - gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, Slimming Eats and Weight Watchers friendly\" class=\"wp-image-15718\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-6.jpg 679w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-6-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/spiralled-squash-and-celeriac-6-560x371.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To spiral I recommend using the middle size spiral blade, as that size seems to work best for these, the smallest blade makes them a little to thin and they can burn easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All they need is a little bit of seasoning and then you can spread them out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spray over the top with some spray oil and bake until lovely a golden.
