Non stick pans are perfect for preventing food from sticking to the surface, allowing you to cook with very little oil or just a little bit of spray oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> When using spray oils with non stick cookware, avoid ones that use emulsifiers. You want one where the only ingredients is oil, as emulsifiers can react with the coating and cause a sticky residue which is hard to remove. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You want to choose a pan that is the right size for the number of eggs you are cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I am cooking an egg just for one. I like to use my single egg pan by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.starfrit.com\/en\/5-5-34-14cm-mini-pan\"><strong>Starfrit<\/strong><\/a> which you can see in use in my pictures below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tefal in the UK do a similar one which you can purchase on Amazon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3ZrFx96\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\"><strong>Tefal 12cm Non Stick Pan<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are cooking more than one egg, then you will want a larger non stick pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love my All-clad non stick cookware like <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/40PVNSj\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\"><strong>All-Clad Hard Anodized Nonstick Dishwaher Safe PFOA Free 8 and 10-Inch Fry Pan Cookware Set, 2-Piece<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there are lots of great options for non stick cookware including ceramic pans. I recommend asking friends and family for their favourite brands and check out reviews before you purchase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-trick-to-a-perfectly-cooked-fried-egg\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">The trick to a perfectly cooked fried egg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The key to cooking a fried egg without that slimy top, is a lid, especially if you are not keen on flipping your egg over (over easy). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So to achieve this you want a lid that fits the pan you are using.
