Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/DSC_0164.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0164\" title=\"DSC_0164\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Spray a frying pan with low calorie spray, add the remaining lamb mince, onion, garlic, carrot, pepper and courgette and cook until browned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the chilli powder, paprika, tomato paste, Greek spice mix&nbsp; and some freshly chopped coriander. Stir thoroughly to evenly cover. Allow meat to cool slightly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/DSC_0168.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0168\" title=\"DSC_0168\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 200c or 400f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide your bulgur wheat mixture up into 8 even sized portions like below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slimmingeats.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/DSC_0170.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0170\" title=\"DSC_0170\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Take one of the portions and flatten it out into a pancake type shape, add a spoonful of the spicy lamb\/vegetable mix and the mould up over the lamb\/vegetable mixture to create oval shaped balls.
