I find a deep wide circumference frying pan with a lid is the best option. You don't want a pan that is too small because if all the ingredients are too high in a small pan the heat will not penetrate the food evenly for a one pot pasta dish, meaning some of the pasta may be over cook, some undercooked and liquid that is not cooking off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One like this <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3ITH5UE\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\"><strong>Circulon Radiance Deep Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan<\/strong><\/a> on Amazon is great and it's non stick too which is great for low calorie cooking where less oil is used. Also check online too if you struggle to find it in store. However if you have hunted everywhere and just can't source some, it's pretty easy to make yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a recipe for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.themediterraneandish.com\/harissa-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Homemade Harissa Paste<\/a><\/strong> from The Mediterranean Dish. I have made this one before when I haven't had Harissa Paste on hand and it's great. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Variations on Beef<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to try a variation on this recipe? Swap half of the stock for some coconut milk and it will have a delicious creamy silky finish to it. The coconut is not overpowering either, because of the flavours from the harissa paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sides for One Pot Harissa Beef Pasta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I like to pair this with a simple salad with the follow items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crisp lettuce (but Baby Greens are great also)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baby peppers, sliced (mixed colours are great for a pop of colour in the salad)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baby Cucumber, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julienned Carrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avocado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red Onion, sliced thinly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh Coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you can also add in some chickpeas and feta for additions (but as the pasta dish is great filling, I like to go light with the salad ingredients)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don't fancy salad it's equally good with some steamed, sauteed or baked greens like tenderstem broccoli, asparagus or green beans etc.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More One Pot Recipes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you love one pot recipes?
