saucepan, add in the stock, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low simmer, cover and cook until stock is absorbed, then turn off heat but leave untouched and with lid on for 12 minutes<strong>. See notes<\/strong><\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_521_5\">Place the chicken thighs on a plate and add a pinch of dried thyme, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper and coarse sea salt the top of each thigh.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_521_6\">Heat a frying pan over a medium high heat with cooking oil spray. Once pan is hot, add the chicken thighs seasoned side down and cook until golden. Spray the uncooked side with more cooking oil spray, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Approx 6 minutes each side. Remove and slice into strips.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_521_7\">Whisk the ingredients for the vinaigrette together in a small bowl.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_521_8\">Then you are ready to build your bowl.
